Joshua Munn

Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist

My name is Joshua and I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I have trained and worked in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in the NHS and offer evidence-based psychotherapy for adults experiencing common mental health difficulties such as; social anxiety, healthy anxiety, generalised anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), low self-esteem and trauma (such as; PTSD).

I work with adults (18+) using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - a short-term model of psychotherapy that can vary from 4-20 sessions. The amount of sessions depends on the problem presented and what is agreed for, during the assessment.

I am empathic, compassionate and believe in the importance of building a trusting relationship with my clients. I am incredibly passionate about the work I do which is reflected in the high-quality therapy that I provide.

I have helped people who have suffered from depression, anxiety, and other common mental health problems such as PTSD to rediscover themselves.

People have progressed from being stuck to self-actualization with support.

Let us walk the journey together.
